Position :- Installation Associate
Job Location :- Mumbai (All Areas)
Salary :- ₹ 2.5-4.5 Lacs P.A.
Qualification & Experience :-
- Diploma in Mech/Civil/Fabrication with 6 months experience (OR)
- BE in Mech/Civil with 6 months – 2 years experience in Glass, Hardware or Glass processing and installation related trade.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Planning, execution and supervision of installation activities at Site premises.
- Coordination with SG assured processors and processing plant for ensuring timely supplies.
- Supporting and coordinating with authorized service partners.
- Site measurements, Pre-site inspection survey, Post installation services, CAPA of Site premises.
- Post installation audit, checklist preparation and site validation.
- Project Validation and Issue of completion certificate to the customer and collecting customer testimonials.
- Channel Partner management.
- Installer and Channel Partner training.
- Installer rating analysis, TAT analysis with site mapping.
- Is accountable primarily for the Installation of Shower Enclosures, Kitchen shutters, RTU, Windows and wardrobes but will also look for opportunity for other products and its KRA includes
